About the Author
Ross Babbage is Chairman of the Kokoda Foundation. He is also Managing Director of Strategy International (ACT) Pty Ltd, a defence consulting and education service delivery organisation. Professor Babbage has served for six years as a Council Member of the International Institute for Strategic Studies in London, and has held senior positions in the Australian Department of Defence, in the Office of National Assessments, in Australian industry and at the Australian National University. rbabbage@connect.net.au.
