About the Author
Christian Enemark is a PhD researcher at the Strategic and Defence Studies Centre, Australian National University. His research, entitled ‘Disease and Security in East Asia’, examines three overlapping categories of infectious disease-based security challenges – fast-moving contagions of natural origin, biological weapons, and the risks associated with research on pathogenic micro-organisms. christian.enemark@anu.edu.au.
